Based on the original Phillips Seafood Restaurant recipe developed by Shirley Phillips over 60 years ago, these cakes are packed full of delicious crab meat. We make our Premium Crab Cakes with jumbo lump crab meat, the prime crab meat available, then add a touch of mayonnaise, our secret blend of seasonings, zesty lemon and buttery cracker crumbs for a tender crab cake that is literally bursting with the sweet flavor of crab.
Flash frozen to preserve the delicately balanced flavors, our Premium Crab Cakes are easy to bake or pan sauté to a rich, golden brown perfection every time. Delicious on their own, with classic tartar or cocktail, or served with a homemade crab cake dipping sauce for an unexpected twist!
